Options->Preferences->Multimedia settings->Preferred video framerate -
by default appears to be set to 30. If you change it (to say 15) and
exit Linphone the new value is saved to .linphonerc
(framerate=15.000000). All good so far.
But if you restart Linphone and select Options->Preferences the
framerate is reset back to 30 (you don't even have to enter the
Multmedia settings tab) - and the change is confirmed in the .linphonerc
file.
