You are not getting a response from the server.
Since Yiou are not getting a response from the server I would be surprised
if you are sucessfully registered.

I can see that you have a private ip address.
So I suspect that there is a problem with your router/firewall/NAT device.

Disable any SIP ALG that is present.
Get rid of any inbound firewall rules that you may have added for SIP, you
don't need them
Set linphone to use random source ports for sip udp and tcp.

Let us know if that fixes the problem and send a log.
For best results we can make more tweaks in a second round.
