Yes. It's really well hidden :-) https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/linphone/id360065638?mt=8 I am not sure how well it works. I've seen it fail to negotiate a codec with localphone.com (SIP service that bridges to PSTN), even though the Android version works fine.
