Hello,

I'm running into a tough to debug issue with DTMF and I'm
wondering if it's a problem with my configuration or Linphone.
I'm seeing the issue on the android and windows clients.
Basically, my PBX is not recognizing DTMF RTP packets sent from
Linphone.

After looking at the logs, the only guess I have is that the
payload number for the telephone-event RTP stream is set below
100 when it fails. I'm not familiar enough with the various RFCs
and their implementations to know if this is a real problem or
not.

I posted logs and more details on the FreePBX forum here:
https://community.freepbx.org/t/help-debugging-rfc4733-dtmf/48958

Thanks in advance for any help, and let me know if I can provide
any additional details.
