Hello,
I filled out the form for a free SIP account and submitted it
online. It appeared to complete and said I would receive a confirmation
email.
It has been 24 hours and still no confirmation. I have checked my
spam folder and there is nothing there either.
If I try to re-submit the form, it says that the username already
exists, so it seems the account has been partially created.
What shall I do?
