My first guess is that you have created an inbound firewall rule so that you can recieve calls. In the most common usage model(you register with an ITSP) this is not necessary.
Also If your ITSP supports TCP use that instead of UDP. If that does not stop the calls please email back and we will dive deeper into the problem.
