Hello, presently in android app settings I see an option to substitute "+" for "00". Some services though require custom prefix to call external numbers. Thus 00 can't work for calling people from phone contacts without manually editing the number.
I'd suggest this setting be changed to a fields where user can specify what "+" should be substituted to. Presently I'm running the latest version from f-droid [1] which is 4.0.1.
