If the logs are right, you are still using the 4.1.1 version. Please ensure that you use the 4.2.0-alpha-90 in the "about" of the right menu and retry with the right version. I will then need the new logs if the issue still persists.
You are using an OVH account instead of a sip.linphone.org account. Did you configure it with the assistant menu? Have you modified any of the default settings? Please ensure that the app is working with linphone accounts before trying external providers. Please show me the configuration pf your accounts in settings > accounts > pen icon. I see in the logs that you are using UDP. As stated in the best practices page <https://wiki.linphone.org/xwiki/wiki/public/view/Linphone/Good%20practices%20for%20using%20SIP/> in our wiki, we strongly recommend to use SIP TLS to avoid many issues with routers.
