Jaroslaw Rafa, when you say "So with standard releases I would have to continuously upgrade, configure, resolve issues, again upgrade, configure, resolve issues", are you referring to desktop configuration, or something else? If something else, please specify.
If you are referring to desktop configuration, what desktop do you use? Gnome? KDE? Are you open to using a efferent desktop?
