Linphone by default works with push notifications only for Linphone Free SIP service accounts (sip.linphone.org and sip.linhome.org).
Accounts creation on this service is free as is free beer.As of now, there is no "upgraded premium version", unless you buy a specific deployment and app rebranding/development request from us.
