This is how it works for SDR-14: When USB is connected Windows reports that new hardware is detected. The normal installation procedure asks you for a device driver which you can find at the Linrad home page (ftd2xx.zip) Point the Windows installer to where this file has been unpacked. If spectravue is already running ok the driver is already installed. When Linrad is started and you press U to select the input (or anything else if input is not selected before) you will be met by this message: An SDR-14 is detected. Do you want to use it for RX input (Y/N)? Linrad tries to open ftd2xx.dll so this is the dll that has to be installed for the SDR-IQ. In case spectravue does not work with this dll, Linrad will not either.... 73 Leif / SM5BSZ ############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <linrad@antennspecialisten.se>.
