I have done some major changes to the calibration
routines recently. I do not quite remember, but
there are errors in the calibration routines in
recent Linrad versions. In 02-28, you have to remove
some fprintf(dmp,".... statements or allow the DUMPFILE
in options.h

Linrad versions 02-18 to 02-27, have a common error in the
D=Refine amplitude.... function which should not be used
with these versions. Just skip it and use the somewhat larger
calibration file that is obtained as the output of the
C=Remove center discontinuity function. (Which has a bug in
02-27 and 02-28 that makes it not work in case the fft1
size is much different from "normal" (whatever I used
when testing)

Linrad-02.29 will hopefully have properly working calibration
routines. (Both faster and more accurate than before.) I am
holding the upload because I am waiting for feedback on the
SDR-IQ which I hope will work properly with this version.

In the meantime I suggest you try to use 02-17 or 02-28
(with DUMPFILE in options.h) for generating the calibration
files.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
