David, If you're talking about a tool that will copy the data, as well as update the DASD parameters, network information, etc., then no. Sandy Gelbard recently needed to do the same thing, and had success with some instructions I posted. Take a look at http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvtype?LINUX-VM.21315 and see if it helps you also.
