wget and mirror are both good for this, though mirror doesn't restart
individual files well.

I just mentioned two programs that do this. rsync does too, though odd
things happened when I tried to point rsync to ftp.redhat.com.



However, I have come to prefer the images as it's easier to veryfy that
THIS iso is the same as THAT one.
