VM62938 (appears to be UW30225 which isn't available yet) and PQ51738 (VM
TCPIP , also no fix) appear to be what's required. Guess that's why we
couldn't get hipersockets in z/OS 1.2 to use the VM Guest Lan for the last
few days !

Could anybody from IBM comment on the following questions:-

a) any idea when these are likely to be available ?

b) If "Hipersockets are implemented entirely in software" is there really a
requirement to have a G5/G6/Multiprise
     3000/z900 ???
