Or even better, the latest CMS Pipelines version has implemented on of the SHARE requirements and provides a few stages to read and write tracks. I recently rewrite my DDR-via-IP to use the built-in stages. Client and server are total about 150 lines of REXX. Both sides compute a checksum per track to see if the data needs to be transferred at all. Rob
