Take a closer look - these are *IFL-only* boxes. That means that they're only licensed for Linux workloads, just like the IFL engines on the z900 boxes. You can run z/VM on the IFL engines of a z900, but not for "VM workloads", and you can't even IPL z/0S (yippee!).
