Dear Axel:
The click-through license is handled by JavaScript, which
is not always available. For instance, I keep it disabled
at all times. Can you guys make the license a separate webpage,
or discard it altogether (I am sure Legal does not even know
what JavaScript is). Even better, put them in FTP directory
with LICENSE-IBM in it.
