1. To make NFS mounts "permanent" do I put entries in /etc/fstab? Example?
2. What do I have to do to move /home to a separate filesystem?
3. Yesterday on my Red Hat 7.2 system,
I tried these two commands on a disk drive to format and partition.
dasdfmt -b 4096 /dev/dasdb
mke2fs -b 4096 /dev/dasdb1
Are they valid for RH 7.2 ...because when I entered the mke2fs command
I received a msg indicating that the disk was empty...or something along
those lines.
