The IUCV driver has changed.  Try using a colon to separate the VM userids:
options netiucv iucv=TCPIP:MIRROR

After putting another iucv definition into modules.conf (iucv=TCPIP,MIRROR)
and restarting the network, iucv1 still gives the 'no such device' message.
After a reboot, neither device will come up, both giving the 'no such
device' message. I've also tried this with the iucv=TCPIP,MIRROR both the
parmfile and not in the parmfile with the same results.

Any ideas?
