OSA/SF is not involved when using QDIO.  Just make sure the portnames in
the TRLE and in the Linux config are the same (uppercase, in Linux).

With mask 255.255.254.0, the correct broadcast address is 10.77.11.255. If
mask is really 255.255.255.0, then 10.77.10.255 is correct.  (It is always
best to use the b/c address that Linux computes....don't override it
unless you are dealing with some specialized hardware.)
