IBM keeps a list of products available for Linux for S/390.  Development
efforts under way are usually hush-hush, so I doubt that you will find a list
anywhere.

As far as the Tivoli question, there is a client available for Linux for
S/390.   There are other alternatives as well, commercial and open source.
