you can use the command: rpm -ivh ibmjk130-1.3.0-1.s390.rpm

I'm trying to install
ibmjk130-1.3.0-1.s390.rpm
on SuSE 7.0 with YaST. I get the message : Cannot find PREIN.
What does this mean?
