Lionel,

The "rm" command is all you need.  Depending on your version of sshd, the
files will either be in /etc/ or /etc/ssh/:
> ls /etc/ssh/*key*
/etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key      /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key
/etc/ssh/ssh_host_dsa_key.pub  /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key.pub
