Joe, That sounds a little strange. Do you have a SuSE support contract? This sounds like something they'll need to test and fix. If you don't, then I would suggest downloading Webmin and building it yourself. It's all perl code, so there won't be any compiling. It's mainly a matter of telling the configuration scripts what distribution you're running so it knows where to look for the various configuration files on your system.
