You can try that.
Run rexec daemon or somethink like it on UnixSystemServices (OpenEdition),
then from linux run
rexec -l user -p passwd host tso "command"
But ...

Is there a way to easily kick off TSO commands to a (remote) OS/390 host
under VM/Linux? Preferably from Java.
