I don't think he's caused anyone any aggravation.  The thread about being
aggravated was talking about receiving spam in "foreign" character sets.
Sergey's posts have been anything but spam.  The post that started the
thread was from David Boyes expressing his thought about how cool it was
that MIME encoding was allowing Cyrillic characters to be seen in email.
Not how annoying it was.
