On the Linux side, no, but it *does* matter how the Linux system is
connected to the network. DHCP is broadcast-based, and thus if you have a
correctly configured LCS or CLAW device directly attached to the Linux
guest, it will work fine. If you are connected via CTC, IUCV or QDIO
devices, you can't do broadcast, and thus DHCP doesn't work at all.
