Those sick of downloadiung ads might take a look at squidguard. Its default configuration is to substitute documents saying "access denied" in place of blocked sites. It has many sets of rules for blocking undesirable content such as ads, violence, racism etc, and you can add your own. I mentioned it in this context because it blocked no fewer than six ads for that URL.
