It looks as though silo didn't write out the boot information on your IPL drive. I would try using your install kernel and ramdisk to mount your root file system and try re-running silo.

It is going to be a combination NFS server (for installs) and Yellow Pages server as well and has only the three following mount points: 150 / ext2 151 /home reiser LVM 200 202 /install reiser LVM I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate any ideas.
