Not all 3745 models are capable of doing TCP (particularly the older or smaller ones). It's also insanely complicated to set up, administer, and get it to perform reasonably. Wrt to Alan's comment, yes, it works (given sufficient memory and time), but at some point it's a matter of diminshing returns, especially with cheap Ethernet and standalone router solutions available at about one-tenth the price of the TCP features for a 3745. -- db
