Rob,

I had a similar result.  usejdbc2 is simply not there, I also clarified this
with another site that installed WAS 4.0.

I noticed that after the install that some of the path statements (in various
places) were mangled.  I'm not sure if it is something I did or if the
install did it.  Please be aware of this and if you have problems, check the
startupServer.sh and setupCmdLine.sh scripts.
