All supported levels of VM/ESA and z/VM can use the HMC console as the
operator's console.   But keep in mind that some stand-alone utils like
DDR require a 3270.  If you operate via the HMC, be sure you have a 3174,
2074, or equiv. available to provide local 3270 access in an emergency.
