Company policy that annoys or offends is in need of review.

Probably a less contentions example is businesses that show their appreciation
of their customers by having computers answer their phones.

A local ISP has lost the probability of four ADSL customers this week because of
that (and leaving me on hold four minutes when I was returning a call).
