And a source of some controversy (at least for RMS), since BitKeeper is not
free software, according to the FSF's definition.  In any case, Lionel was
asking for a Clearcase to CVS migration tool, not a replacement for CVS.
Personally, I'm not aware of any such tool, but that doesn't mean there
isn't one.
