The font one is missing fonts - so it fell back to others The RENDER extension is used for antialiasing which it will also fall back from. X has a common guaranteed core, and extensions which may not be present. KDE is happy with just the core like all good X apps
Thanks, Alan. Although individual X apps work fine with wierdmind, is it too much to expect an entire desktop to work correctly?
