Under GPL, SUSE can distribute it any way they like. They can require you to pay them 
a million euros if they want.


What SUSE cannot restrict is your right to redistribute the GPLed source to anyone you 
want under any fee structure you like (such as free, by mailing it to this list). Or 
your right to get the GPLed source under more favourable terms (free, say) from 
someone else who already has it.
