I have sendmail setup and checking it from the processes it says started
and accepting connection. when I try to telnet to the smtp port 25 I get
connection refused. I have tried disabling ipchains and also tried to
customize it using setup but still get the conection refused message. I am
running Redhat 7.2 under VM4.3 using iucv's. I can telnet to port 25 on the
other server ( I can telnet out from this server) but I cannot telnet in
from outside to this server on port 25.

[root@vmlinux1 root]# telnet 147.110.49.129 25
