So does that mean you'll be doing it again (in person this time!) in Dallas?? :
-)
Although, I was sitting in the front row for Rich's presentation and he did a
wonderful job! Course it didn't hurt that Mr. Boyes graced the back of the
room with his presence... ;-)

Ken,
Thanks for the kind words. That pretty much confirms my assumption that
Rich did his usual good job of presenting. And it also gives me an excuse
to brag. :) (Not that I need _much_ of an excuse...) The intent of the
"Linux/390 System Administration for Mainframe System Programmers" session
was to talk to people in "mainframe-ese" about managing Linux/390.
Apparently I was successful because it won a Best Session award for SHARE 98
in Nashville. (Yay! All joking aside, that _did_ feel really good.) While
that says something about the session itself, it also highlights the amount
of interest that Linux and Linux/390 is getting at SHARE these days.
Attendance at these types of sessions is increasing, while attendance at
more "traditional" sessions is declining or level.
I'm pretty sure that Rich submitted them to SHARE for inclusion on the
proceedings CD. But, they're already available on linuxvm.org from the
March SHARE 98, if you want to download them. Or, you can get them from the
SHARE 98 proceedings on the SHARE web site, or order the SHARE 98
proceedings CD. Lots of choices available.

Mark are your presentations going to be available the share cd, they were
very good even though you were not there to present them...
