Two out of three of those are available in either LDL or CDL.  Why you would
want to access a minidisk from CMS that you can't read is a mystery to me,
but ok...

I did see a value to it, so much so that I went back and re-did
some volumes in CDL format.

The things I found I liked were to be able to access the minidisk
from CMS without it blowing away CMS, putting a meaningful (to me)
minidisk label on, and the biggie, being able to run VMBACKUP
against the minidisks for disaster recovery (while Linux is down
of course).
