Chet, I4m using Suse 7.2 under VM/ESA and seems to me that there is a Device and Link that isn4t necessary: device tcpip iucv 0 0 tcpip a link tcpip iucv 0 tcpip
Other aspect is that your device and link for linux images has the same names.... Following is my definitions in tcpip profile. 139 ; (Sample device and link statements are included below). 140 ; ====================================================================== 141 DEVICE MAN9A0 LCS 9A0 142 LINK MANKLA ETHERNET 0 MAN9A0 143 DEVICE PGN001 IUCV 0 0 LINUX01 A 144 LINK PG12001 IUCV 0 PGN001 145 DEVICE PGN002 IUCV 0 0 LINUX02 A 146 LINK PG12002 IUCV 0 PGN002 147 ; ====================================================================== 182 ; Define the internet (IP) address(es) for this VM host 183 ; ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 184 HOME 185 172.016.0.29 MANKLA 186 172.016.0.29 PG12001 187 172.016.0.29 PG12002 188 ; 40.1.4.46 CTCVSEP1 199 ; ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 200 GATEWAY 201 ; (IP) Network First Link Max.
