Thanks, Carlos & Vic.  It's good to know for sure that (as I was suspecting)
Marist doesn't support OSA-Express features, but yes I'm trying to bring it
up in LCS mode and use it that way; it's coded in IOCDS as OSE so wouldn't
be using qdio I think.  I do have "ipldelay=2m" coded.

Anne, Vic - I might have missed previous responses but what Anne shows in
the messages, 3088/60, I think is consider an OSA in LCS mode. This could
be that you need to put an ipldelay on the boot parameter.
