I would leave the binaries where the rpm put them. Copying them to another location
makes the package harder to 'rpm --erase' or 'rpm --upgrade' some time in the future
and may lead to mysterious failures to execute the correct versions.
While {,/usr}/sbin is the correct place for binaries for administrative uses,
it's not important to the operation of the programs except for those occasions
where someone unilaterally decides to execute them from a specific location.
When that happens, it's most likely that someone will be looking in the place
the vendor put them.
