I can't find it in my 2.10 manual. You can stil specify ,GMT to the IEA888A message under IPL, but not to the SET CLOCK command. I can't remember if this has ever been possible, but you can try to ask the IBM-MAIN listserver at BAMA.UA.EDU, ist's full of old systems programmers, and every question typically spins off a 30+ posts thread of remembering the good old days :-)
