There is a zfcp driver in the 2.4.19 kernel on developerworks.  So, in
theory this should be fine.  I don't know how the data-sharing issues
work, although I think you wouldn't risk filesystem corruption, only
cache coherency problems, if you mounted, say, an NTFS volume read-only
over FCP.
