I may be naive here, but I reckon one of those free trial accounts with AOL or similar would be ideal. I'd send my outgoing email via the IAP's relay (so it leaves my box really quickly). One company here has completely free Internet access; you get nominally three-hour sessions between 1:00 and 7:00. And the IP addresses resolve. Ideal.
