I am using telnet to connect to my LINUX image. My user wants this terminal
to have 'control' & 'Escape' keys plus having the 'more'
function be short. The problem is, he has a 3278-2 terminal. When the screen
fills up the 'TELNET' is replaced with HOLDING which
requires him to clear the screen instead of clearing in the 5 sec I use on
the TERM MORE 5 5. I tried using the ^C, ^D for the Ctrl + D but the key
board doesn't have the ^ charter. What can be done to perform these
functions from a 3278-2?
