I'd also add the original 4.3BSD System Administrators Guide, and the
real AT&T System V Administrators Guide from SVR3 (the R4 one was quite
different) to that list.  Both explain some rather obscure history of
various commands that when you read it, you say a lot of "So THAT's what
they were trying to do!" and it all clicks.
