A customer of ours wanted FTP access to/from an OS/390 system, but in our
case *we* were doing the kicking and screaming. They wanted us to
restrict the FTP transfer to a certain very high group of ports, because
they were happy to let only a small range of ports through the firewall.
We found no configuration option in OS/390's FTP server to allow us to do
that, so had to code a restrictive set of PORT keywords to stop the
'undesirable' ports from being used.
