The LED screen errors are specific to a particular hardware model. You'll have to tell us what model of machine it is to be able to help you further.
That said, if you have an amber light on one of the drives, you've likely got a problem with one of the disk arrays, probably the one that the machine boots from. A full power down (all the way to off and let it sit for a few minutes) may cure it, or you may want to run the hardware diagnostics. You did make a bootable sysb backup tape at some point, right? If not, when you get this thing back up, now would be a very good time to do so.
